What time zone do you support?
Outside of meetings most tasks are complete on an asynchronous schedule which allows us to accommodate any time zone needed.
Can I mix & match services?
Yes, we can customize a package to fit the needs of your business. The rate will be the packaged rate broken down by services needed for the month.
What if I want to adjust our meeting cadence?
I recommend a weekly or bi-weekly meeting to ensure consistency. However, we can arrange what works best with your business.
When do you invoice?
I invoice on the 1st of the month, payment due by 5th of the month. If not settled by the 10th, I stop work and will invoice for hours worked at the AD HOC rate.
Does work always begin on the 1st of the month?
No, the 1st of the month is just when we invoice. If work begins during a month we will invoice for the remainder of the month when we begin work.
What is AD HOC & why does it have a different rate?
Ad hoc is a word that originally comes from Latin and means "for this situation.” It’s our rate for non-packaged work, e.g., one-off, or emergent projects.
How do I know what package is best for me?
We will discuss this in detail in our discovery meeting. However, the first few weeks will be a great way to determine if the current package works.
What if I need you for a task at a specific time?
Although I work asynchronous hours to accommodate my clients, I can be available at a specific time needed with forward planning.
